Script execution was not
allowed
The Financial Planning Analyzer requires
script execution to be enabled on your computer. This problem
can be resolved by adjusting browser settings:
From the Internet Explorer (IE)
browser main menu, select Tools - Internet Options - Security
tab and do the following:
- Set your computer to enable scripting
- click on Internet
- click on Custom Level ... scroll
down to Scripting
- select to enable Active
scripting
- click the OK button
- For access to the FPA Back
Office, you may set the FPA server to include
the FPA in the list of trusted sites
- click on Trusted sites and click the
Sites... button
- enter in the FPA URL(s)
- click the OK button
Netscape users: please go to the menu
Edit and select Preferences:
- click on Advanced in the Category
"tree"
- check Enable JavaScript
- click OK
NOTE: Although the FPA questionnaires/analysis supports Netscape as well as IE,
FPA Back Office technology
requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or
later.
Once the settings have been adjusted,
please refresh your IE/Netscape
browser:
- press the F5 function key on
your keyboard or
- go to the browser menu View and
select Refresh
